Upward Sports Ministry

Pumpkinvine Baptist Church has established an Upward Sports Ministry in 2024 aimed at fostering the physical, social, and spiritual development of children (ages Pre-K through 6th grade) in the community. This ministry offers a soccer sports program designed to engage children of all skill levels in a supportive and Christ-centered environment. Our coaches and volunteers are committed to providing positive role models and mentoring opportunities for young athletes, helping them grow not only as athletes but also as individuals. The ministry's mission puts emphasis on incorporating Christian values into every aspect of the sports experience. Each game has half-time devotionals and prayer in which participants are encouraged to develop a deeper understanding of faith and how it relates to their lives both on and off the field.  

Pumpkinvine Baptist Church's Upward Sports Ministry serves as a beacon of faith, community, and positive youth development, enriching the lives of children and families in the local area. Through sports, fellowship, and a shared commitment to Christ, this ministry is making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and spreading the message of love and acceptance to all who participate.

Upward Soccer Camp

The Pumpkinvine Baptist Church 2024 Upward Soccer Camp is to prepare and equip players with soccer skills for the upcoming fall soccer season and grow in their walk with Jesus Christ. The camp will be hosted at Pumpkinvine Baptist Church Campus located at 2156 Buchanan Hwy Dallas, Ga 30157. Below outlines the Camp Schedule:

Areas to Serve

Coach & Referees: Mentor and Encourage players as they develop skill sets.

Concessions: Join a team of dedicated individuals that prepare and serve food during game days.

Prayer Team: Be available for parents and players who are seeking prayer and to know more about Christ.
